Immersion temperature sensors with brass pocket and stainless steel pocket
Description
The immersion temperature sensors TIC are used to measure water temperature of heated or chilled water and other liquids in mechanical systems.
The immersion temperature sensor TIC is a direct output temperature sensor thermistor sensing element NTC 10K or platina sensing element PT1000,
other sensing elements on request.
Tolerances at 25°C for the immersion temperature sensor TIC is
+/- 0.22°C for NTC 10K and +/- 0.42°C for PT1000.
TIC immersion temperature sensor have simple 2-wire connection,
3-wire and 4-wire on request.
The sensing element for the immersion temperature sensor TIC is located in the end of the probe.
Immersion temperature sensor TIC have IP65 enclosure.
Wiring connection for immersion temperature sensor TIC is inside the ABS plastic enclosure on a screw clamp connection max 1.5 mm
The enclosure of immersion temperature sensor TIC is supplied with a plastic cable entry gland M 16 x 1.5, including strain relief for cable diameter 4 to 10 mm.
TIC immersion temperature sensor have 4 quick locking screws in the cover of the enclosure.
Standard probe / pocket lenght for immersion temperature sensor TIC is 100 mm and on request the immersion temperature sensor TIC can be supplied with probe / pocket lenghts 50, 150, 200, 250 and 300 mm.
The probe of immersion temperature sensor TIC is made of quality steel.
The brass pocket BRPS for immersion temperature sensor TIC can be used for operation pressures up to 16 bar and temperature up to 0 +150°C
The stainless steel pocket SSPVA for immersion temperature sensor TIC can be used for operation pressures up to 40 bar and temperature up to +400°C
The brass pocket BRPS and stainless steel pocket SSPVA for the immersion temperature sensor TIC have G1/2” threaded connector.

Examples ordering codes for TIC with other sensing elements than NTC 10K and PT1000 and other probe/pocket length than 100mm.
Ordering code for TIC with NTC 1.8K sensing element and 150 mm probe length / pocket length in brass will be TIC 1.8K 150 and BRPS 150.
Ordering code for TIC with NI1000 sensing element and 250 mm probe length / pocket length in stainless steel will be TIC NI1000 250 and SSPVA 250
